FRS is a trademark of Neal Environmental Ltd based in Cardiff, first established in the 1960’s then a partnership in 1984 to a limited company in 1997 recycling food and oil/fat waste. We have expanded our services to also include plastic recycling, which has grown from strength to strength aided by our in house designed and built specialised plant.
